The Nema17 1.6kgcm Stepper Motor provides 1.6 kg-cm of torque at 0.31A current per phase. It responds well to starting, stopping, and reversing pulses from the stepper motor driver, making it ideal for applications requiring low speed and high precision such as 3D Printers, CNC Router and Mills, Camera Platforms, XYZ Plotters, etc.
It is a brushless DC motor with a simple Open Loop control mechanism for position control. The motor's shaft is designed for optimal grip with pulleys and drive gears to prevent stall or slip. The motor's life is dependent on the bearings' lifespan.
