Shipping Policy

To ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition, we ship exclusively through reputed and reliable courier partners.

While we always strive to dispatch all items in your order together, this may not be possible in certain cases due to product characteristics or availability. If such a situation arises, we will inform you in advance.

If you find that your package is tampered with, damaged, or not in good condition upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and immediately contact our customer support team at +91-8095406416 or email us at salespcb@thansiv.com mentioning your order reference number. We will make every effort to arrange a replacement delivery as soon as possible.

You can easily track your order status anytime through the “Track Your Order” section on our website.

Please note: As per Indian Tax Regulations, all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice that includes the product price.

Shipping Partners

We primarily ship through Bluedart, Fedex, Delhivery, Ecom Express, India Post, Xpress Bees and others to ensure safe and fast delivery., as available and selected during checkout.

On special request, we may also ship through EMS Speed Post for remote locations, if our courier partners do not cover your area or if you experience delivery issues.
However, please note that we cannot guarantee compliance with every such request, as postal authorities verify shipment contents before acceptance and may refuse certain items they consider at risk of damage.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

We make every effort to ship your order on the same day it is placed.
99% of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

  • Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1:30 PM (except Sundays and public holidays).

  • Customers can generally expect deliveries between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

While we aim for delivery within 2–5 days anywhere in India, actual transit time depends on courier logistics and is beyond our direct control. Each shipping partner follows its own process and route network.

We recommend placing your orders in advance to allow sufficient time for delivery, especially for urgent or time-sensitive requirements.
