MEMS hydrogen sensor with catalytic combustion effect for precise detection.
- Technology: MEMS process
- Principle: Catalytic combustion effect
- Components: Detection element, compensation element
- Output: Linear voltage change with hydrogen concentration
-
Features:
- Linear bridge output
- Quick response
- Good repeatability and selectivity
- Stable, reliable, and low power consumption
- Applications: Hydrogen-powered vehicles, energy preparation, storage, transport, and detection
- Package Includes: 1 x Winsen MEMS Catalytic H2 Sensor-CMV-2021D
The CMV-2021D catalytic hydrogen sensor utilizes the MEMS process and operates based on catalytic combustion. It consists of a detection element and a compensation element forming a bridge arm. As the resistance of the detection element increases, the bridge's output voltage changes proportionally with the hydrogen concentration. The compensation element provides reference and temperature/humidity compensation.
