The ME3-O3 electrochemical sensor detects gas concentration by measuring current based on the electrochemical principle. It utilizes the electrochemical oxidation process of the target gas on the working electrode inside the electrolytic cell. The current produced in the electrochemical reaction of the target gas is directly proportional to its concentration, following Faraday's law. The concentration of the gas can be determined by measuring the value of the current.
