FR06 Flow Sensor
Upgrade from F1022, MEMS Thermal Principle for Gas Flow Monitoring
- Calibration: The flow sensor is calibrated under standard conditions and air calibration by default. Custom calibration available upon request.
- Cautions: Gas must be purified to avoid dust, liquid, and oil contamination. Consider installing a filtering device in the gas circuit if needed. Ensure the medium used is dry, clean, and non-corrosive. Pressure should not exceed 1.2 times the maximum working pressure. Recommended to have a straight pipe section at least 5 times the nominal diameter at the inlet and 3 times at the outlet for accurate measurement.
