Upgrade from F1013 with MEMS Thermal Principle for Gas Flow Monitoring
- Calibrations: Standard condition and air calibration by default. Custom calibration available upon request.
- Cautions: Gas must be purified to avoid contaminants. Use dry, clean, non-corrosive gas. Pressure should not exceed 1.2 times the max working pressure. Install a filtering device if needed.
The FR03 flow sensor is an upgraded version of the F1013, utilizing MEMS Thermal principle to monitor gas flow in pipelines. With a low pressure loss design, it is suitable for various gas measurement applications.
