This color sensor module is based on the TCS34725 sensor and features LED backlight and a built-in IR filter. It can be used with any microcontroller equipped with an I2C interface, operating within the voltage range of 3.3V to 5V. The sensor allows for color detection from the RGB palette and blocks unwanted components in the infrared radiation range. The onboard LED indicator illuminates the detected surface.
The TCS34725 sensor is ideal for color sensing applications, providing digital return of red, green, blue (RGB), and clear light sensing values.
