This LCD display supports Raspberry Pi and can function as a computer monitor. It has a resolution of 480x800 and a resistive touch panel. When used as a computer monitor, the touch panel is not available, and an HDMI cable is required. The display is compatible with Raspbian, Ubuntu, Kali, and Retropie systems. It can be directly inserted into any version of Raspberry Pi, except for Raspberry Pi 1 B and Raspberry Pi Zero, which require a separate HDMI cable.
Drivers are provided for easy setup with your own Raspbian, Ubuntu, or Kali system. The LCD does not occupy any I/O resources when used only for display, but using the touch function will occupy I/O resources. It also features a 3.5mm audio jack and supports HDMI audio output. The backlight control helps lower power consumption.
