This LCD display offers a resolution of 480x800 with a resistive touch panel, making it ideal for Raspberry Pi projects and as a computer monitor. It supports various systems like Raspbian, Ubuntu, Kali, and Retropie. For Raspberry Pi 1 B and Raspberry Pi Zero, an HDMI cable is required separately.
When used as a computer monitor, the touch panel is unavailable, and an HDMI cable is necessary for connection. The drivers are provided for easy setup with your preferred system. The display does not occupy any I/O resources when used only for display purposes, but using the touch function will require I/O resources.
Additionally, it features a 3.5mm audio jack for audio output and supports HDMI audio output. The backlight control helps in lowering power consumption for efficient use.
