The W5100 Ethernet Module is designed to provide easy Internet connectivity without the need for an operating system. It includes a fully hardwired TCP/IP stack that has been proven in various applications over several years. With integrated Ethernet MAC & PHY, this module simplifies implementation and offers stability and performance.
No need to worry about handling the Ethernet controller; simple socket programming is all that's required. The module also features a 16kbytes internal buffer for data transmission.
