An integrated current mode PWM controller and high voltage Power MOSFET

The VIPer22A combines a dedicated current mode PWM controller with a high voltage Power MOSFET on the same silicon chip. Typical applications include off-line power supplies for battery charger adapters, standby power supplies for TV or monitors, and auxiliary supplies for motor control.
The internal control circuit provides:
- Input Voltage Range: Large range on the VDD pin
- Burst Mode: Automatic in low load condition
- Over Voltage Protection: HICCUP mode
