This Ultrasonic Humidifier Piezoelectric Transmitter module operates on the principle of cavitation induced by sound waves. Simply provide a DC 3-12V power supply, and it transforms into a mini ultrasonic atomizer. The piezoelectric filament generates vibrations that cause water droplets to vaporize instantly due to the rapid movement caused by compression and rarefaction in sound waves.
The piezoelectric transducer, when submerged in water, converts a high-frequency electronic signal into mechanical oscillations. As the oscillation speed increases, creating a momentary vacuum and strong compression, cavitation occurs, leading to the formation of air bubbles and vapor. This vapor is quickly absorbed into the air stream, breaking the surface tension of the water.
