The UM66T series is a CMOS LSI-designed melody generator IC suitable for use in telephone and toy applications. It features an on-chip ROM programmed for musical performance, resulting in very low power consumption. With a built-in RC oscillator, a compact melody module can be easily constructed with just a few additional components.
