The TRF Product Series consists of radial-leaded and surface-mount devices designed to protect against short duration high voltage faults ranging from 250-600Vrms. These devices are ideal for meeting the protection needs of telecommunications applications.
With resettable overcurrent protection and agency recognition from UL, CSA, and TÜV, the TRF series offers resistance sorted and matched devices with low parasitic capacitance and flat impedance across frequencies.
