The Tilt Switch Sensor Module is a ball tilt switch with a metal ball inside. It is used to detect inclinations of a small angle. The module has a digital interface with 13 LEDs to build a simple circuit for tilt warning. The LED on pin 13 lights up when the tilt switch sensor on digital pin 3 detects a tilt. When the tilt is open, the LED turns on; otherwise, it stays off.
This Tilt Switch Sensor Module for Arduino houses a metal ball that moves onto electric contacts when tilted. This action completes a circuit, sending a signal to your Arduino control system.
