The TC7660 is a pin-compatible replacement for the industry-standard 7660 charge pump voltage converter. It requires only two low-cost capacitors, eliminating the need for inductors and reducing cost, size, and EMI. The on-board oscillator runs at 10 kHz, with the option for lower frequencies by connecting an external capacitor to ground.
The device is available in commercial and extended temperature ranges, making it versatile for various applications. It does not require an external diode for high-voltage operations, simplifying the design further.
