There is no Teflon tube inside this unique design, allowing for high-temperature resistance. The aluminum dense tooth design throat tube surface attaches to the heat sink block for better heat dissipation. The stainless steel thermal heat break provides excellent thermal isolation between the heater and the cooling block. The inner wall of the heat break and nozzles undergo a fluid polishing process resulting in roughness Ra<0.3. The copper alloy nozzle, with an extended overall length, ensures better fluidity of the filament and supports 250mm/s fast printing, saving you time.
