The Grove Gas Sensor (MQ3) module is designed for gas leakage detection in both home and industrial environments. It can detect various gases including Alcohol, Benzine, CH4, Hexane, LPG, and CO. With its high sensitivity and fast response time, measurements can be quickly taken. The sensor's sensitivity can be adjusted using the potentiometer.
It is important to note that the sensor value provides an approximate trend of gas concentration within a permissible error range and does not represent the exact gas concentration. For precise gas concentration measurements, a more accurate and costly instrument is recommended.
