Top Features:
- Arduino Mega1280/2560 compatible
- Grove compatible
- Google ADK compatible
The Mega Shield is an extension board designed for Arduino Mega and Google ADK, featuring standardized connectors for easy wiring in electronics projects. It includes Digital pins 0-21 and Analog pins 0-15, omitting Digital pins 22-53 for seamless installation with Xduino Mega/Google ADK.
The purpose of the Grove Mega Shield is to simplify the connection of Xduino Mega/Google ADK input and output pins to Grove units. Each socket is labeled with its corresponding I/O pin, divided into Reset Button, Analog Area, Digital Area, and Power Area sections.
The Digital Area of the Grove Mega Shield is further segmented into IIC (3 connectors), UART (UART0-3), PWM (PWM2-13), and ICSP (no connector). PWM features two appearances: 3Pin 2.54mm Header and standard 4Pin 2mm connector, catering to different modules like Servo, Ultra Sonic range measurement, and Electronic Bricks.
When using both 3Pin and 4Pin modules on PWM simultaneously, caution must be exercised to avoid conflicts in GPIO usage.
