High operating temperature and broad range of hold currents in radial-leaded form factor.

The RHEF series devices offer a high operating temperature of up to 125°C and the broadest range of hold currents available in the radial-leaded form factor (70mA to 15A). They are advantageous for use in standard operating temperatures of up to 85°C due to their flatter thermal derating curve. Additionally, the trip-to-hold ratio is lower for an RHEF device compared with other PPTC devices over the same temperature range.
