This Heatbed has a dual power capability allowing it to be used with 12V or 24V power supply sources. It features a central mounting hole on the front side to allow for three-point mounting. A glass plate is highly recommended for a truly flat surface. The solder pads have been increased in size for easier use of components.
Connection: 12V connection - One cable connected to 1, another to 2 and 3 simultaneously. Resistance value of 1.0 ~ 1.2, actual power 144W. 24V connection - One cable to 2, another to 3 (1 unconnected), resistance value of 4.0, actual power 144W.
Test Report: 12V connection - Current is 9.8A, drops to 8.8A as temperature rises. 24V connection - Theoretical maximum current is less than 5A.
The new version of the circuit ensures stable power at 144W whether connected to 12V or 24V.
