This stepper motor driver carrier allows you to control one bipolar stepper motor up to approximately 1.5A per phase continuously without the need for a heat sink or forced air flow. It offers up to 1/8-step microstepping and can operate from 4.5V to 35V.
The breakout board for the MPS MP6500 microstepping bipolar stepper motor driver features a pinout and interface similar to the popular A4988 carriers, making it a drop-in replacement for many applications. The board includes an on-board trimmer potentiometer for setting the current limit and comes with 0.1 male header pins included but not soldered in.
