The MCP3201 is a 12-bit ADC with on-board sample and hold capability. It features a simple SPI interface and offers low power consumption with standby and active currents of 500 nA and 300 µA, respectively.
Operating over a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, this ADC provides accurate conversion with DNL and INL specifications. The device is available in various package options including 8-pin MSOP, PDIP, TSSOP, and 150 mil SOIC.
