The MB7380 from the HRXL-MaxSonar-WR line is a rugged ultrasonic sensor component module designed for outdoor use. It features a compact PVC housing that meets IP67 water intrusion standards and is compatible with standard electrical 3/4inch PVC pipe fittings. The sensor is factory calibrated for narrow sensor beam patterns, ensuring reliable long-range detection zones.
The MB7380 offers noise-free distance readings thanks to high-output acoustic power, variable gain, automatic calibration, waveform analysis, and noise rejection algorithms. It remains accurate even in the presence of various noise sources.
