The MAX202E-MAX213E, MAX232E, and MAX241E series of transceivers are designed to meet EIA/TIA232E and CCITT V.28 specifications. The MAX202E and MAX232E variants are available in various package types, while the MAX203E and MAX205E offer additional features such as no need for external charge-pump capacitors.
