This MARTIAN-III REPTILE Quadcopter Frame is the advanced version of the Martian-II frame, featuring a mini-size design. While it is made from carbon fiber, it is slightly less in quality compared to its predecessor, resulting in a more affordable price point.
The frame's carbon fiber arms are 4mm thick, preventing arm breakage on hard landings. Dampers at the arm ends protect motors during crashes, and the design allows for quick arm swapping in race pit settings.
Carbon fiber is chosen for its high stiffness to weight ratio, providing rigidity, stability, and improved flight performance. The frame includes a Power Distribution Board (PDB) with an XT60 male connector for powering the quadcopter, and it is compatible with standard flight controllers, FPV cameras, transmitters, and antennas.
Assembly is made easy with the included Black Oxide steel screws. The lightweight frame with thick arms offers good mechanical strength and aerodynamic efficiency, requiring lower throttle to hover. With a wheelbase of 260mm, it supports 37mm and 26mm board cams with mounting brackets.
The MARTIAN-III REPTILE Quadcopter Frame is equipped with anodized alloy spacers and features multiple motor mounting holes on the arms to accommodate various motors.
