Application:
Adhere or joint two workpieces when you repair furniture, fix electrical wire, install floors, fix toys and models, etc. Repair a leak or crack as waterproof material in the bucket, rain gutter, etc. Seal cartons or other packages. Applicable for different surfaces such as wood, plastic, foam, fabric, paper, cardboard, metals, ceramics.
Instruction:
Insert a 10.8mm-11.5mm diameter glue stick into the gun hose at the rear side. Power on and preheat for 3-5 minutes. Pull the trigger and squeeze the hot melt adhesive out. WARNING: Kindly DO NOT pull the rest of the glue stick out when not in use, otherwise, the glue gun might get severely damaged. The remainder can be used next time directly.
Warning:
1) This is a high-temp gun. Any abuse of inappropriate glue sticks might lead to the reverse flow of melted adhesive and will damage the gun.
2) The heat of the body and hot melt adhesive is high-temp at work. Direct body touch is prohibited.
3) Do not lift the gun high or leave the nozzle upward.
4) Power it off if the gun is not going to be within 15 minutes, otherwise, the adhesive might flow inversely and damage the gun.
5) It is normal to see some smoke the first time you use the gun. After 30 minutes, it will disappear.
6) Always keep the rear slider clean so that the glue stick can be inserted smoothly.
7) Put the gun in a dry and ventilated place instead of a humid or wet one.
8) Keep it out of reach from children.
9) The glue gun shall be positioned on its stand when not in use.
Safety:
1) Over-current protection, inside fuse breaks when there is over-current, therefore avoiding any risk of overheating and burning.
2) Double-insulated. Electrical strength is above 1800V while the insulation resistance is above 100MQ.
