The L9110S ASIC device is designed with two-channel push-pull power amplifier discrete circuits integrated into a monolithic IC. It reduces peripheral devices' cost and improves overall reliability. This chip features two TTL/CMOS compatible input levels with good resistance. The two output terminals can directly drive motor movement in both forward and reverse directions. It has a large current driving capability, with each channel supporting 750 ~ 800mA of continuous current and peak current capability up to 1.5 ~ 2.0A. Additionally, it has a low output saturation voltage and a built-in clamp diode to release the impact of current in inductive loads, ensuring safe and reliable operation when driving relays, DC motors, stepper motors, or switch power tubes.
Widely used in applications such as toy car motor drives, stepper motor drives, and switching power tube circuits.
