The IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module is a simple breakout board designed to switch heavy DC loads from a single digital pin of your microcontroller. It can drive loads such as LED lights, DC motors, miniature pumps, and solenoid valves up to 24V and ~5A. The module is ideal for robotics applications and controlling high current DC loads.
Connect your device to the V+ and V- screw terminals, power the device from your Arduino by connecting VCC to the 5V pin and GND to the GND pin. An LED indicator provides a visual cue when the load is being switched. Note that heat sinks are required for loads above 1A.
The IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module allows for stepless dimming of LEDs and variable speed control of motors through PWM. It is compatible with Arduino, MCU, ARM, and Raspberry Pi platforms.
