The IR2111 is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with dependent high and low side referenced output channels. It is ideal for half-bridge applications, featuring proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies for ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS outputs, ensuring versatile usability.
The output drivers are designed with a high pulse current buffer stage to minimize driver cross-conduction. Additionally, internal deadtime is included to prevent shoot-through in the output half-bridge configuration. The floating channel enables driving an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration, supporting operations up to 600 volts.
