IR2110 High Voltage, High Speed Power MOSFET and IGBT Driver
High voltage driver with independent output channels, compatible with CMOS/LSTTL logic.
- Voltage: Floating channel operates up to 500V or 600V
- Gate Drive Supply: 10V to 20V
- Logic Compatibility: 3.3V CMOS or LSTTL
- Propagation Delays: Matched for high-frequency applications
The IR2110 is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low side referenced output channels. Its proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technologies enable ruggedized monolithic construction. The logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, down to 3.3V logic.
The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimum driver cross-conduction, while the floating channel can be utilized to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration, operating up to 500 or 600 volts.
Key Features:
- Floating channel for bootstrap operation
- Operational up to +500V or +600V
- Negative transient voltage tolerant
- Gate drive supply range: 10V to 20V
