The HC-06 Wireless Bluetooth Module is a Serial port Bluetooth module with fully qualified Bluetooth V2.0+EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) 3Mbps Modulation. It uses CSR Blue core 04-External single-chip Bluetooth with CMOS technology and frequency hopping spread spectrum technique (FHSS) to avoid interference with other devices and enable full duplex transmission. The module operates in the frequency range from 2.402 GHz to 2.480GHz.
HC-06 is the best option for short-distance wireless communication needs, with a range of less than 100 meters. It is easy to interface and communicate with, making it one of the cheapest solutions for wireless communication in the market.
