The HC-05 Wireless Bluetooth Module without Baseplate is a slave-only device, suitable for connecting to phones and computers with Bluetooth. It is ideal for embedded projects, industrial applications, and computer devices. For connecting to other slave devices, a master module like the HC-05 version is required.
Applications include GPS navigation systems, water and electricity meter reading systems, and seamless connections with computers and Bluetooth adapters. The module uses the CSR mainstream Bluetooth chip and supports Bluetooth Specification v2.0+EDR. It has a default baud rate of 9600 and supports asynchronous speeds of 2.1Mbps (Max) and synchronous speeds of 1Mbps. Security features include authentication and encryption.
