WSH130NL Unipolar Hall Effect Sensor
An integrated sensor and output driver for accurate speed measurement and revolution counting.
The WSH130NL combines a Hall sensor and output driver on the same chip, designed for speed measurement, revolution counting, positioning, and contactless switches. It features a temperature compensated voltage regulator, a differential amplifier, a Hysteresis controller, and an open-collector output driver with up to 20 mA current load capacity. On-chip protection against reverse power faults is also included.
The sensor's temperature-dependent bias increases the supply voltage of the hall plates and adjusts the switching points based on the decreasing induction of magnets at higher temperatures. This ensures precise switching regardless of ambient temperature. The WSH130NL is rated for operation over a temperature range from -40 to +125 degrees, and voltage ranges from 2.4 V to 26 V.
Key Features:
- Operation: Suitable for objects moving with magnetic fields from DC to 15 kHz
