This ZRB-2532 Flexible coupling with an outer diameter of 25mm and a length of 32mm is a machined aluminum coupling. The spiral cut in the middle makes it flexible, allowing it to fit two shafts even if they are not perfectly co-linear, reducing binding effects. Known as Beam coupling, helical coupling, or Flexible coupling, it efficiently eliminates misalignment and minimizes backlash.

The helical cut design provides spring-like behavior in the X, Y, and Z linear axes, making it suitable for precision CNC work.
