eSUN ABS+ is an upgrade to standard ABS, suitable for all 3D printers. Made entirely from corn grain, it is ideal for printing larger objects and reduces stringing problems. This new ABS+ material is tougher than regular ABS, with much less warping. It offers higher mechanical properties, lower odor, and lower shrinkage rate. ABS+ is perfect for creating advanced prototypes and end-use parts that require increased durability.

ABS+ filament is low VOC, with low odor during printing, making it comfortable to use without pressure. It has low shrinkage, making it less likely to warp and crack during printing. Compared to standard ABS plastic, ABS+ warps far less, with better first-layer adhesion, resulting in more rigid and defined structures. It is also more forgiving on temperature requirements for bridges and overhangs, ensuring less warping or bending during printing.

Maintenance Tips:

  • Store unprinted material in sealed bags in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture
  • Insert the wire into the fixed hole of the tray when not in use to prevent knotting
  • Print in a well-ventilated environment due to slight odor produced by ABS
