Conins Acrylcoat ensures total protection for PCBs and components against moisture, oxidation, fungus, etc., in extremely humid conditions. It is easy to apply and fast drying and has good flexibility. Servicing is easy as the coating is readily solderable. Acrylcoat has high dielectric strength and provides protection against high voltage arcing and corona shorts.
Brushing Method:
This method is the easiest & most economical method for applying the conformal coatings. It is better suited for batch production & service applications. Brushing method ensures uniform application of coating and the thickness depends upon the application. Our products can be provided in cans. Dip the application brush in the can. Apply the conformal coating evenly on the PCB assembly or component. Leave the component to dry in a well-ventilated area.
