EGS002 is a driver board specifically designed for a single-phase sinusoid inverter. It utilizes the ASIC EG8010 as the control chip and IR2110S as the driver chip. The board integrates functions for voltage, current, and temperature protection, along with LED warning indication and fan control. Jumpers can be configured for 50/60Hz AC output, soft start mode, and dead time.
EGS002 is an upgraded version of EGS001 and is compatible with EGS001's original interfaces. It also incorporates cross-conduction prevention logic to enhance anti-interference capabilities. Additionally, it features an LCD display interface for user convenience in utilizing the chip's built-in display function.
EG8010, a digital pure sine wave inverter ASIC, offers complete functionality with built-in dead time control. It is suitable for DC-DC-AC two-stage power converter systems or DC-AC single-stage low-power frequency transformer systems for boosting. The EG8010 can generate 50/60Hz pure sine waves with high accuracy and low harmonic distortion using an external 12MHz crystal oscillator.
The EG8010 CMOS IC integrates SPWM sinusoid generator, dead-time control circuit, range divider, soft start circuit, circuit protection, RS232 serial communication, 12832 serial LCD unit, and more.
