DoubleSwitch is a doubled version of our popular BattleSwitch. It is a relay switch that can be toggled via hobby radio control gear. This versatile switch allows you to easily control glow plugs, BattleBot weaponry, and more without the need for extensive knowledge of microcontroller logic levels or transistors.
DoubleSwitch plugs into a standard hobby radio control receiver just like a servo. You can connect your desired loads using the wear-resistant screw terminals. Depending on the channel used, you can control the relays by moving your radio's control stick in various directions.
The relay features a double pole double throw switch with a typical lifetime of 100,000 switching cycles, depending on the load. It offers full electrical isolation from your receiver electronics, ensuring safe operation.
DoubleSwitch includes a status LED on the bottom that indicates the relay switch's status. The LED lights up when the switch is on and flashes repeatedly to indicate a weak radio link.
