The DM542T is a fully digital stepper driver designed with an advanced DSP control algorithm that ensures optimal torque and smooth movement. It features motor auto-identification and parameter auto-configuration for quick setup with different motors. Compared to traditional analogue drives, the DM542T operates with lower noise, reduced heating, and improved stability. Ideal for high requirement applications, it is recommended for use with NEMA 17 and NEMA 23 motors.
The drive supports two-phase 4-wire, 6-wire, and 8-wire stepper motors with a current rating of 4.5A or less. Its discrete component structure prevents overvoltage issues and ensures reliable performance.
