The CD4071 quad gates are constructed with N- and P-channel enhancement mode transistors, offering equal source and sink current capabilities. They conform to standard B series output drive and feature buffered outputs that enhance transfer characteristics with very high gain. All inputs are protected against static discharge with diodes to VDD and VSS.
