The CA3130 op amps utilize gate-protected PMOS transistors in the input circuit, offering very high input impedance and low input current. With a CMOS output stage, the output voltage can swing close to the supply rails. These circuits operate at supply voltages from 5V to 16V and can be phase compensated with an external capacitor. The CA3130A variant provides superior input characteristics compared to the CA3130.
Terminal provisions allow for offset voltage adjustment and strobing of the output stage. The CA3130 op amps are ideal for applications requiring offset-null capability and offer exceptional speed performance.
