The CA3102 consists of two independent differential amplifiers with constant current transistors on a monolithic substrate. With low 1/f noise and an fT above 1GHz, this device is suitable from DC to 500MHz. Ideal for dual-channel applications requiring matched performance.
Bias and load resistors are excluded for maximum application flexibility. The monolithic design ensures close electrical and thermal matching of the amplifiers. Separate substrate connection enhances design flexibility.
The CA3102 is available in Pb-Free Plus Anneal variants, meeting RoHS compliance standards.
