The BYV95C Avalanche Fast Recovery Rectifier Diodes are designed for high efficiency with features like low forward voltage drop and fast switching capability. Its hermetically sealed package ensures high temperature metallurgically bonded construction for reliable performance. The diodes have a fast switching speed, making them suitable for various applications. They meet environmental standards of MIL-S-19500 and can operate at 1.5 Amperes with no thermal runaway at TA=55°C. The diodes have a typical IR of less than 0.1µA and can withstand high-temperature soldering up to 350°C for 10 seconds.
