This sensor can be used to measure temperature in a variety of applications. The sensor has a stainless steel 5 x 25mm tip with an XH2.54 connector and a 0.5-meter cable. It is a Negative Thermal Coefficient (NTC) thermistor, which means its resistance will decrease with increasing temperature. The relationship between resistance and temperature is not linear, so using an accurate table of measurements from the datasheet may be more reliable than a linear formula.
