The LPC2148 Development Board is designed for general-purpose applications. It features an onboard ISP Programmer via RS232, making it easy to interface with Phillips Flashers. The board also includes an Alpha Numeric LCD interface, an onboard RTC battery holder, and a 40-pin male header for accessing the I/O pins on the microcontroller. This direct access to I/O pins enables easy connection of your own devices to the processor.
The board also boasts a reset and bootloader toggle switches, an onboard I2C 24cxx EEPROM, all port pins available at a Berg Strip, a 3V button cell for on-chip RTC, an onboard power LED indicator, four 5V power supply connectors for external device power up, an ON/OFF switch, and a power plug-in jack (power supply AC/DC 12V).
