The Ai-Thinker TG-12F Wi-Fi + BLE 5.0 module, developed based on the Pingtou TG7100C WiFi+ BLE chip, features a built-in 2MB Flash and supports 2.4G WiFi 802.11b/g/n and BLE 5.0 baseband/MAC design. It is designed for low-power and high-performance applications, with a microcontroller subsystem that includes a low-power 32-bit RISC CPU, cache, and memory. The module also offers a variety of peripheral interfaces such as DSIO, SPI, I2C, IR remote, PWM, ADC, DAC, PIR, and GPIO interfaces.
In terms of security, the TG-12F/01M provides hardware safety mechanisms and a hardware encryption accelerator that supports AES 128/192/256-bit encryption engine, SHA-1/224/256, true random number generator (TRNG), and public key accelerator (PKA). The module also supports various sleep modes and features UART port local upgrade and remote firmware upgrade (FOTA).
For software integration, the module comes with pre-integrated standard firmware for direct connection to Tmall Elf, along with a customizable SDK to assist in passing Elf Magic/Elf Smart Control certification.
