The Ai-Thinker LoRa Series Module (Ra-01H) is designed for ultra-long-distance spread spectrum communication using the SX1276 RF chip. It supports LoRa remote modem with strong anti-interference capabilities and minimal current consumption. The module utilizes SEMTECH's patent technology for LoRa SX1276, providing high sensitivity and long-range transmission.
With support for various modulation techniques, including FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, Lola, and OOK modes, this module offers high reliability and anti-blocking advantages. It is suitable for applications such as automatic meter reading, home building automation, security systems, and remote communication.
The Ra-01H module operates at an operating voltage of 3.3V with a maximum output of 19dBm and a maximum output current of 105mA. It features low power consumption in both received and stand-by states, making it an efficient choice for long-term use.
Equipped with a small volume double row stamp hole patch package and SPI interface for half-duplex communication, the module ensures reliable data transmission with CRC and up to 256-byte packet engine support.
