The ESP32-C3 chip is a highly integrated low-power WiFi and Bluetooth SoC designed for IoT applications, mobile devices, wearable electronics, and smart homes. It features a RISC-V 32-bit single-core processor with a clock frequency of up to 160MHz and built-in 400 KB SRAM, 384 KB ROM, 8KB RTC SRAM, and 4MB Flash. The chip supports WiFi IEEE802.11b/g/n protocol and BLE 5.0, offering industry-leading low power consumption and radiofrequency performance.
The ESP-C3-M1 module provides various peripheral interfaces including UART, PWM, SPI, I2S, I2C, ADC, temperature sensor, and up to 15 IO interfaces. It also features unique hardware security mechanisms such as hardware encryption accelerator, Flash encryption, and secure boot signature verification. The module supports low-power Bluetooth, Bluetooth mesh, and multiple sleep modes with deep sleep current less than 5uA.
Supporting features like Smart Config, Air Kiss for network configuration, and local/remote firmware upgrades, the ESP-C3-M1 module is ideal for IoT and encryption products. It comes in an SMD-61 package and integrates WiFi MAC/BB/RF/PA/LNA/Bluetooth components for seamless connectivity.
