The ESP-12H module features a highly integrated low-power Wi-Fi SoC designed for IoT, mobile devices, wearables, and smart homes. It is equipped with an Xtensa 32-bit LX7 single-core processor running at up to 240MHz. With built-in 2 MB SRAM and 128 KB ROM, it supports various low-power consumption states to meet different application requirements.
It provides a range of peripheral interfaces including SPI, I2S, UART, I2C, and up to 22 GPIOs. The module supports STA/AP/STA+AP working modes and features hardware security mechanisms such as AES, SHA, and RSA algorithms for enhanced security.
The ESP-12H module also supports local and remote firmware upgrades, AT commands for quick use, and secondary development with integrated development environments for Windows and Linux.
